While taking a cheese class from gourmet and soon-to-be published author Adam Centamore (click here and here to read about what I learned in his cheese and cheese/charcuterie classes, respectively), he served the most delicious preserves I’ve eaten. Made in France and containing only cherries and sugar, this Arraya Confiture de Cerise has ruined me for other preserves. The flavor is clean and pure, and the whole cherries burst in my mouth. Though a bit pricey, eating these preserves on toasted baguette is one of life’s treats!
