Kevin and I have gone to the fair 28 years in a row. Though we don’t go on the rides, we
love everything else about the fair.
What can be more fun than eating, looking at farm animals, perusing arts
and crafts and people-watching?
In the past, we’ve gone to the Orange County Fair in Costa
Mesa, California; this year, we went to the Topsfield Fair in
Massachusetts. Though smaller than
the OC Fair, the Topsfield Fair is pretty impressive. It has a large animal collection including a bee and honey exhibit, interesting shows and demonstrations, numerous food vendors and a fun atmosphere!
Running through October 13, stop by for a few hours and enjoy being a kid again!
